Service was great. For being a party of 12 we got sat pretty quick. The fools was the issue. I ordered The Sirloin and Shrimp.... Asked for the steak to be Medium. Came out closer to well done. The shrimp had little flavor. But it being a Sunday, I didn?twant to wait to have anything fixed. So I toughed it out. Probably the largest restaurant in the area. Nice to find a full service steakhouse in mountain home. It was our first time... visiting. Food was good. Steak was prepared the way we ordered it Service was great. Didn?t have to wait long even though theplace was packed on a Saturday evening. Would definitely recommend dining in. Read more
Went for a 6:30 dinner. Ordered my sirloin well done. Never have I received a well done steak that was so done it was white... inside. Awful!! The mashed potatoes were yum! Green beans very bland and uncooked. Our server- definitely not her calling to bea server. I only give her 1 star. Forgot every single thing and hung out in the back more than she checked on her tables. Thedraft beer was good and cold. Country Fried Steak my friend said was good with the mushroom gravy. I love this place. I ordered pork chops and my husband had chicken fried chicken - the rolls are the best. We didn't have to... wait even though they were very busy the staff is very nice and it's always clean - I like the chicken fried steak too. If youhave never been to Colton's you have got to try it. Sometimes you do have to wait to get seated. Read more

Very delightful experience at the Colton's in Mountain Home Arkansas. It was Veterans Day and they give a free entry to each... veteran. So you can imagine how busy it was. It was kind of special to look around the room and see all the veterans present.But the waitress and all of the staff on top of their game and never missed a beat. Absolutely delightful meal, The meat wascooked just right to preference, The sweet potato was absolutely delicious so soft and creamy. Only when I can think to describeit.
