Mountain Home, AR location. Was with a group all in the side room. Drinks and silverware are given to us by our waitress.... Ordered a medium Supreme Handtossed pizza. It arrived at our table for the 2 of us. Not hot but warm by another employee, notwaitress. Had to get our own plates. We finished our meal. The couple in the next booth was leaving and spoke to us, saying,"Hope your pizza was better than ours! " Theirs was cold. So we discussed it on the way home and at home. Came to theconclusion that our pizza was not cooked correctly. The crust was great. Maybe not enough cheese. Veggies were crunchy, notcooked. Topping were falling off. Wish the buffet was back. Somehow I forgot how good Pizza Hut pizza is. I recently ordered for my family and we remembered how amazing their pan pizza is.... Since then we've ordered again and have not been disappointed. Even their cheese and pizza sauce seems above other pizza places.Our order was also ready very quickly. Pizza Hut pizza is my new favorite. Read more

I called 3 different times about a reservation they scheduled me from 5-8. When I got there at 5 after being dropped off because... the hubby had to go get last minute birthday stuff ready, I was told we were not allowed to be in there before 6 if we wanted toreserve till 8. I understand there are miscommunication however do not make me and my kids stand outside after being dropped offbecause of a mess up on your behalf. Read more
