Very unique. I had the black apple hard cider. Apple beer with hibiscus. Very tasty might I add. Ordering food was a tad... confusing as you have to order at another counter not at the bar. That should be fixed because it messes with customer flowhonestly, but once ordered the atmosphere is wonderful. Music is very coffee house accoustic music. Kitchen closes at 8pm, Igot there 6 till and they accommodated my to go order. I waited at the bar with a buzzer to go get it when finished. The areais very open floor plan. Like a true tavern with open rafters and ample seating and lots of standing room downstairs did Imention it was 2 floors with an outside 2 level balcony. Impressive for Mountain Home! Beers were awesome including the Stout that I had. Great ambiance. Very trendy and up to date.... Food was phenomenal. No wait. I enjoyed the Mahi Mahi street tacos. Also had a Poke bowl with tuna (he also tried the crayfishhushpuppies) a green cjili burger and a quinoa bowl. Got this place recommended and I can't say how right they were. We ate downstairs at a bench table (upstairs has more room... available). Our party was large enough to take up the entire table on its own. When you order, head straight up to the counter(or the bar for alcohol). Obviously I tried the beer. Flights are 4 beers (currently $9). I had two trying 8 of the beers.Lights Out Black IPA stood out the most as an interesting flavor that made me want more. The Continuum Saison however pairedbest with the food. I had the Pork Belly Reuben. I've never had pork belly, but this did not make for a good Reuben. The saucewas too strong and the sauerkraut (made from purple cabbage) was not strong enough. Pair that with the pork belly and it allblended into the flavor of the cheese. I did also get the pretzel and beer cheese appetizer. It was delicious. My daughter hadthe chicken tenders with garlic fries. And this was so good (chicken and fries). The chicken seems like it's been brined and isperfectly cooked. The fries are not just fries with garlic salt. They have actual minced garlic in the topping. My wife had theSalmon BLT and she loved it. My father had the Cajun Chilli Dog (apparently made with gator sausage). He loved it. I could goon and on.
