Just moved to the area and so glad I found this place by luck! Sesame bagel sandwich was really tasty. Will definitely be back.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order with them via Seamless/Grubhub. I purchased a turkey bacon, egg and cheese... on a bagel and in the notes stated the kind of bagel, cheese and anything additional. By the time it got to me it was not onlycold, but incorrectly made and for the $15 it cost, was horribly put together. There was hardly any egg on the bagel and thebagel itself was chewy and disgusting. When I called to note my concerns, the male manager or owner jumped on the phone statingthey are NOT on seamless which to be honest from the initial woman that answered the phone, sounds like they don't evenunderstand what seamless is! He insisted that they are NOT on this platform when I clearly confirmed the name and address andproceeded to hang up on me. I called Seamless immediately to refund me which they did thankfully and now they are calling thebagel store directly. Save yourself the aggravation with the incompetent staff and get yourself a halfway decent breakfast atany other bagel and deli. I will NEVER recommend or even so much as step foot near this disgusting establishment. Read more
I'm really upset with MLB. They have great bagels, but they never follow directions. I have alot of allergies, so I can't have... cheese or ketchup. But I really like bagel sandwiches. So I specifically mention not to add cheese or ketchup and they add iteverytime! It's my own fault for thinking they will correct their mistakes, but I've had it with them. I will no longer orderthem for myself or when ordering for large groups. Read more
