First time to dine at Cascade even though I have passed it many times. South American cuisine? The dishes are delicious and well... presented, especially the seafood. I forgot to take the pictures of the Poke, Mussels and shrimps ???????????????? I actuallywent there for dinner on the same day for lunch ???????? and of course, took the photos for the night scene. Excellent Upscale Latin American Tapas Restaurant with an emphasis on extremely well prepared and delicious small plates with a... Latin theme. Excellent margaritas, sangria, and wines. Absolutely recommended if you’re looking for high quality food with aslightly higher price point. The ambience is wonderful, with salsa music playing in the background and plenty of outdoor andindoor seating. The restaurant is well kept, plenty of space, and the inside has wonderful decorations. The service here isexcellent and fast. Especially if you come here on off hours. We barely waited at all to be served! The food came out minutesafter we ordered it. Went here with my family for my birthday! The food was delicious and quickly eaten by the 5 of us. The spices and seasoning as... wonderful in all the dishes we had. One thing I would say is that the larger sized paella was surprisingly still small andrather difficult to share with 5 adults. We still left happy and would come for more! Read more

Great food and amazing service. We (2) ordered the Oaxacan salad, jamón croquettes and Cascal paella. Food came quickly and... with nice presentation, good size and delicious flavors. The red sangria was also very fresh and tasty. But what I liked morethan the food was the amazing service from the waiters and host. Everyone was super nice and making sure we had a great night.Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back. Read more
