I was served by a lady who wasn't in uniform so maybe she was the owner or the manager but my service was so awful! I always ask... for light ice at any tea or coffee place and I never have an issue. This lady filled my drink a little over half way because shesaid the rest would usually be ice.... What?! She also wrote the wrong name on my drink, my name is Drew, and she put "B".That's it, just "B". She also was rude when I asked some questions about the drink. I'm always kind to people in the serviceindustry because I used to work at a coffee shop so I get it. But her rudeness really stunned me. Read more
This is all the staff were willing to fill my shaken mocha at this branch. I?ve gotten this drink in multiple countries and... never had this experience in the past. They also got my order wrong and have a problem with listening to customers. I do notrecommend this location. Read more
