Website said 35-40 minutes for delivery online. After an hour and a half we called the store several times with no answer after... 20 rings. Took over 2 hours and was delivered by door dash. Terrible. Would avoid at all costs. Pizza was cold. This placesucks. Read more
I ordered online for a pick up that day 1 hour later. The app said pizza was ready for it's 5 o'clock pickup. When my husband... arrived, no pizza. From what he overheard, they forgot to make our order. While he waited an additional 30 minutes for them tomake our food from the beginning, the phone was ringing, but not answered. The staff were complaining about the heat. Theiroverall attitude was rude. There was NO compensation for our forgotten order just a sorry. I had hungry, crabby kids at home. Ordered 2 medium pizzas. Was told 35 to 45 minutes on delivery. At 50 minutes no pizza. We called no answer. Website said... 35-45minutes still. Next thing we get an email for Doordash saying they are delivering now. Another 45minutes go by. No knock atthe door saw someone backing out of the driveway and pizza sitting outside on the ground. Food's okay, delivery service isn't bad, but the prices are insane. $15-$20 for a medium pizza with 2-3 toppings is way too high... for the quality you get. I mean, come on—it's Pizza Hut, so it's hardly gourmet. Delivery fees are also out of this world ataround $10-$15 and then you have to add tax on top of it all. So you might end up paying $100 or more if you have 4-6 people tofeed. Luckily we "only" had 3. And all that for "naked" crust (at least Domino's or frozen brands like DiGiorno have seasoningon the crust; Pizza Hut crust is drier than the 1958 Green Bay Packers season. Read more
