Unbelievable how unprofessional this staff member is that is here now I ordered at the touch screen outside upon getting my... salad at the drive threw it was incorrect I went inside and asked for what I?d ordered. The man working here tells me ?mam it iswhat you?d ordered you don?t have to want it that?s the way I made it?. I?ve never had an issue here before ever the staff arenormally very respectful. I asked for a refund which one staff member didn?t know how to do, and then multiple staff members hadto figure out how to do. I asked his name his reply was here?s your refund mam my employee number is 5929. And threw the receiptacross the counter to me. Be very careful of coming here very rude staff. Read more
