My family and I have been to this resort and ate all meals exclusively at the restaurant a couple times and we can?t say enough... about the food or the service. The atmosphere is a little homely compared to the rest of the resort but still nice. They?ve gota surprising range of foods to choose from and everything I?ve had was outstanding. My wife and I went for a nice weekend trip, the resort was beautiful, and we?d heard how good the restaurant was. So, we were... both excited to try it. My wife ordered a ribeye with fries, they brought out rice. That was an easy mistake to make, so weunderstood. They brought out the fries, and they were bland and unsalted. My wife asked to have them replaced and the managerJanet Scott came out to tell us that we were not going to get another side without being charged. We explained that the foodwas a miscommunication on their part, and we were just saying the fries were bad and asked for them to be replaced. She againsaid no. Her body language and intonation were such a negative response, it was a real let down for something we were both soexcited for. Read more
