Did not get what I ordered, food was very greasy. Cashier was not friendly, did not key in what I ordered and charged me for... for a more expensive sandwich than I ordered. I will not be back! Read more

The lady taking orders was a bit rude. My order was wrong I ordered a 2 pc chicken lunch and I got a pc of fish and a pc of... chicken. Not a get time today. Sat in the drive through line from 6:10 - 6:45. A window time of 35 minutes. Food was cold when delivered, didn?t notify me of... what exactly was causing the wait. Asked for ketchup packets and received tarter sauce. The amount of fries was laughable.Extremely upsetting, considering other A&W?s across the US are marginally better and faster - which was what I was expectingtoday. Read more

We choice A & W because we don't have one in Indianapolis. Today April 8th 2022, was a college visit to Ball State for our son.... We had a busy day with a early morning start. We had not eaten in all day. I was so looking forward to A & W. we ordered 3 combomeals. #1 Corn Dog nuggets, 2# Cheese Burger 3# single Bacon Cheese Burger. We get to the window and are told we only get twodrinks?? We ordered 3 combo meals. I ordered a vanilla ice cream cone ,I Did Not get!! The drinks where a joke, there was somuch Ice it didn't fill a 3rd of the cup!!! The food was good and the employees where nice!! It was a disappointment for sure!!We ordered after 2pm. and it wasn't like they had multiple orders to deal with!! I will say it was a disappointment for sure :( Read more
