Very nice place. There is a lot to do. There is an area to build a bear or other animal. Reasonably priced on everything.

The bounce houses are nice. My kids (ages 6 & 2) both love playing there. The facility is clean, lots of different games in the... game room that are always up and running when we?ve been there. The quality of the staff is hit or miss. There is an elderlylady who usually works in the ?middle? room who should consider retiring. She is very lucky she has never spoken to my childrenthe way I have heard her speak to others. ?Enforcing rules? or not. Also, my son was here with his cousins. He had his coat andshoes on because we were leaving. My husband told him to go tell his cousins good bye. He had a water bottle in his hand thatwas NOT open. Per my husband, the lady acted like she was going to have a stroke over a dang unopened water bottle. My childdidn?t enter a bounce house with it, he stood next to the benches. When my husband explained to her that he was just telling hiscousins bye, she ignored him and kept going on about the water bottle like he hadn?t said anything at all. I was not present forthis interaction. Another younger gal who usually floats around the rooms, stood so close behind me I swear I could feel herbreath on my neck. My children were the only 2 kids in the room?. I felt so uncomfortable I made my children move on to adifferent room. Our trip today made me not want to come back. Spent over $50 dollars to load our game card. My son wanted aninflatable bat, my daughter wanted a sucker. I asked the lady before she got the bat for my son if we would have enoughremaining for the sucker because the suckers didn?t have the price listed. She replied ?yeah, I believe so?. She handed my sonthe bat and looked at the suckers and said, ?not enough, sorry?. My daughter is 2. It?s a sucker that costs less than a $1, andI just spent over $100 at your facility for a couple hours of fun for my kids. Petty. Read more

Nice place, very clean with attentive staff. Check in is a little slow. Safety is a priority in every way. Nice arcade. At the... end of the day, if your kid enjoys it, it's worth it. Much nicer than the Indianapolis chain inflatable places and the kids arebetter behaved. Read more

My kids love this place. It's clean, the people are friendly, service is good. My issue isn't with the company at all. It's the... patrons who clearly don't follow the rules and want to make a big scene in front of a bunch of kids. If you don't like theirrules, don't go back. I'm not paying money for my kids to see you act the way you do. We're all adults and you're not doinganything but showing, not just my kids, but all the other kids in attendance, how to be disrespectful. Grow up. Read more

Its an AWESOME place to take our daughter to burn off some energy. She loves all the bounce houses and making a plushy pal. This... is a great establishment to have in muncie. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have some great food to choose from and theprices are worth the quantity that you get compared to other establishments. Will definitely be coming back again and again. Read more
