This place is disgusting, and even worse, has disgusting customer service. Came in today to get my kids a quick meal, and I get... home it?s mold in the cheese cup. I call the store, they say bring the cup back and they?ll call their GM to see what they cando. I come back, the young guy at the counter opens the cheese, sees the mold, smirks and laughs. He finally says he?s sorry, ashe?s still smirking and laughing, and says he was told he can only offer another cheese cup. They supposedly checked the otherfully stocked cheese cups and they were ok. Yea right. Why would I take a chance with another potentially contaminated cheesecup? Couldn?t get a refund on the breadsticks, no other offer to make it right, besides a laugh in the face and another rottencheese cup. Will never frequent this establishment again! Read more

Got a lunch special. The misshapened lump was not cooked throughout. The dough was not even done. Bad form. Having been with... corporate for decade in the past and a training manager, I can say: the dough was not proofed properly. It was not stretched tothe pan and was over sauced to boot. The store was FILTHY. The floors,counters and drink cabinet were all dirty. The drinkcabinet was very visible because it was nearly empty. The napkin dispensers were also empty.
