Food was great service was poor. We used the kiosk to order and people who came in after us were given their food. We work on an... ambulance and we only have a small amount of time to grab something and go. We watched them set our order behind a wall andleave it. We only knew it was ours due to the last people being inside. After trying very hard for several minutes to getsomeone to give it to us the cook was reaching it to us and another employee snatched it from him to hand it to us. I'm sorry atleast he answered you walked by. It's not his job to hand out food but I commend him. Shame on the rest of you let's hope youdon't need an ems while they are waiting for something. Ordered curbside. Waited 30 mins. Went to window and got told. "I'm legally not able to serve you" All I wanted was a burger and... cheese fries. I always love their food! There was not a sense of urgency to the staff at all. There were only 3 people eating in, but every... table was dirty. We waited half an hour for food but once more workers arrived the food started flying out. They are cuttingtheir staff so short they can't even get basic parts of their jobs done. I did really appreciate the general manager (Clay)checking that our food was good and apologizing for our wait twice. We would go more often if they had more staff. Read more
No waitress you place your order on the machine. The hamburger had no taste at all. They have changed the menu no more orange... dream cycle shakes. Its definitely not even close to the steak n shake I grew up loving. I remember all the juices from theirmeat when you would bite into it. Now it's like card board. NEVER again ???? Read more

I remember liking this place before covid, but now even when you go in you have to order on a kiosk and for some reason they... can't take gift cards that they gave out to people or gave to other companies to hand out as promotions. They say the only wayto use a gift card is to order carryout. I mean I understand the system being down, but to say our computers can't do gift cardsis ridiculous.
