I ordered through DoorDash and they were great but my order was a mess. I ordered a Dave's single on a sandwich bun with no... tomato, cheese and mayonnaise. We got a burger patty in a plastic container with ketchup and mustard is all. The fries werecold. We took them to the store to be replaced with a copy of the receipt and the girl at the counter wanted to argue that theywere right even though my receipt showed different then got upset because we asked her to replace the fries. Worst experience? waited over 50 minutes in store for our order! Two combo meals. We came in and ordered at the counter for take... out. They said that they lost the order that we placed at the counter, they gave our order to someone else? every excuse. Theyhad cleared out order at one point and didn?t believe us so glad we kept the receipt !! While they were trying to remake oursandwiches? the fries set on the counter for at least 20minutes. I asked for just a refund and they refused and argued? finallyabout an hour later they gave us our food - worst quality sandwiches from Wendy?s ever with my chicken sandwich BURNT.Absolutely horrible. I just left drive thru and I used a code for a free sandwich from my points. The lady at the first window said it wouldn?t work... and kept shaking her head at me like I was such a burden to her. She was blantantly rude towards me then I get to the secondwindow to pick up my food and the lady pushes my food towards me. I say thank you even though I shouldn?t have and she gives mea nasty look and shuts the window on me. When we got home I gave my daughter her Coca Cola and it has a very weird strong tasteto it.
