My order was supposed to be delivered in a certain day. The website stated they would deliver by 9pm due to the holiday increase... in volume. My order never came, I call the next morning. When they open and the representative stated she would call be back at11 to see why their driver didn?t deliver it mind yiu this was 9am and once I hung up the order was dropped off in a regular carnot a refrigerated truck so I called the store back and requested my money back one due to Covid don?t know where my item wasovernight and neither did the store and two it wasn?t in their company truck. WOWWWW, I got old fruit and an extremely rude and short answer from someone who said they were a manager. If this woman was... actually a manager, this store is doomed. I asked the delivery driver if they all look like this and they just kind of shruggedtheir shoulders and gave me the store's phone # as if this was something they are used to. When I went to the store to speakwith management in person, I was told the manager leaves between 2 and 3 most days. Read more

The service was horrible. My kids birthday was the 8th of May and they never came. They showed up today May 10th and it was a... joke. They must've let it sit in back of car and they ate some of it. It was pathetic. Idk what happened to the delivery personmaybe they miserable but either way the company allowed this to happen and it's inexcusable. Read more

Today Was Our Doctor?s Birthday We Had Ordered A Arrangement From This Location When We Had Our Arrangement Delivered It Wasn't... Delivered in Their Delivery Truck. So Once We Got The Arrangements The Fruit in It Was Very Soggy The Pineapple Looked VeryDried Out And The Cantaloupe Was Very Mushy And When I Called To Speak To Someone About It The Lady Told Me That TheirArrangements Are Made Fresh Everyday And She Said I Needed To Send Her Pictures And When I Did I Waited An Hour To Call BackJust So She Can Tell Me That She Doesn?t See Anything Wrong With The Fruit So I Let Her Know I Would Drive Down And Show Her HowPoorly The Arrangement Was Made And She Said It Was Not Necessary!
