Normally everything is wonderful from Luigi's. Today I ordered the jumbo shrimp dinner with baked potato, requested butter and... sour cream. Although the shrimp is great, they did not provide me with Cocktail Sauce. Nor did they provide butter or sourcream for the way under-cooked potato. Very disappointed in this take-out order. Came here for the first time and was very disappointed. We bought the chicken parm and I will say it was my least favorite I... have ever had. Chicken tasted like a frozen patty they heated up and well same goes for the rest of the meal. Doesn't seem tohave homemade ingredients to anything we bought. Cannoli was a prepackaged and frozen in the wrap when we received it,Unfortunately we will not be going back. A lot of other italian joints out there with homemade taste and preparation. Read more
