Customer Service is nonexistent. To order food, one has to use the Kiosk. No one standing out front to assist. Had to wait... awhile before anyone would peak out from the back to see if anyone needed assistance. Panera use to be a warm welcoming place,it no longer has that feeling. Read more
Been here many many times due to the sip club membership. I love it. I get coffee in the winter and bubbly in the summer. ... Sometimes I get food as well and the quality is excellent. I like Panera overall. I believe it depends on who you have to deal with. Sometimes I have to speak with a staff who talks me... down by saying "that's what I just said" when I ask question. Is it necessary? Especially when the system is down and you arethe one causing problems to customers orders. Of course I get a bit worried and might ask the same question twice.
