The absolute worst experience I have ever had at drive thru. I started to order and the person started yelling at me to stop... ordering. I was startled and said knock it off. The person told me to have a good day. I sat at the drive thru for over 5minutes waiting to order. I finally asked if they were still taking orders. The person said ? I told you to have a good day andam refusing to take your order.? I said really - no answer. I pulled around to go inside to order and they locked the door so Icould not go inside. I wanted to give a shout out to the guy who was working this morning about 9:30. There was 1 vehicle in the parking lot, and a... few cars in the drive-thru. I went to the drive-thru and the guy that was working provided excellent customer service whileapparently holding the fort down by himself, or mostly by himself. He deserves a raise! I ordered a ham & cheese croissant and med coke. It came to $6.59. The sandwich was smaller than they used to be and almost like... it was mashed. I was already on interstate or I would have gone back. I shouldn't have paid that much but I was in a hurry. Itwas definitely overpriced for what I got. Not worth it! Read more

Extremely long wait to order, order was incorrect. I ordered a bacon swiss chicken combo with extra sauce. The chicken was hard... and cold, the buns were hard, there was maybe a tbsp of sauce, there was no bacon, there was four strips of lettuce, and theslice of cheese was tiny.
