Wait time was a little long but that's to be expected. They have a double drive thru and it made ordering and speed of the line... move really well! Good prices and good food! Read more
There was a guy taking our order at first, and he was polite. Then this lady took over and was very rude. She was too busy... trying to rush us off the speaker, and got our order wrong!! Also, the burgers was sloppily made. I get it if they were slampacked, but they wasn?t even that busy. This was our first time visiting cookout, very disappointed. Read more
Their 2 lane drive thru is pointless, if they ignore the second one. 5 cars placed their order in lane 1 and they NEVER took... our order. It's not like they couldn't see us from the food pick up window. We left and spent our $ where it was appreciated. Read more
