This morning I started the day by looking at reviews of new Murfreesboro restaurants. I started reading great wonderful reviews... about El Cubilete and when I mentioned it to my wife she said great I'm free for lunch. We just returned and what a treat itwas. I can't believe I drove by the location so many times and didn't stop in. Their focus is on doing things right, I can tell.From the fresh chips and homemade salsa ,wonderful agua frescas, the food was fantastic. I believe everything made there is madefrom scratch. Probably the best Mexican food I'd ever had. My wife had her old standby Fajitas. I had a spicy pork dish, Asadode Puerco, that was out of this world. Perfect! Beware, it's ????????????. The drinks were good! Chips were good too the salsa need salt..the food was good the mole and the guaraches were good but the... pollo loco was not my favorite the chicken was wired I don?t know how to describe it. Wow! Another delicious spot in Murfreesboro. The second you walk in you can smell you're gonna love it. I had the Barbacoa de... res and it was amazing. The salsa and chips was also excellent. I love the extra crunchy fresh chips. Much closer to authenticMexican food. I really enjoyed this. It reminded me a bit of my time in Monterey Mexico. Great food and great service.
