They took 40 minutes to bring my food when it said it would be 15 and forgot the drink. They brought my drink 15 minutes later... and forgot the straw. Went there 1/28/22 in the evening. I went in and wanted to get the buy one get one half off. I asked what the coupon code was... because my phone app wasnt working. They said they had no idea what the coupon code was and i had to order on line. I gotthat! I was trying. I went back out side and foind the coupon code and ordered. After I went in to pickup I noticed I was notgiven the discount I talked to the manager and he said he was sorry but he ciuldnt do anything for me. I would have to cancelorder and reorder. Really!!!!!! By now I was very upset. He, Cody, the manager was going to do nothing and really didnt care. We travel alot for work and go to jimmie johns wearever we are. I have sent a email to corporate and dont know if anything willcome of it but We can spend our money elsewhere. I will give it a day or two and see if they respond.
