Ordered pizza and salad for pickup. Pizza box had greasy macaroni stuck on the bottom which transferred to my hand. Then while... eating the salad noticed a chunk of dirt, yes real dirt, in the salad. Disappointed. Last time I leave a tip for pick up. Read more
I ordered chicken tortilla soup with no sour cream. I received tomato soup with what I assume was sour cream that had been... scraped off the top because it was only on the inside of lid. I also ordered the grab and go protein tenderloin steak. What Ireceived looks like RAW GROUND BEEF. This is beyond disappointing because the last time i order the steak salad I receivedgrilled chicken instead of steak. At least the chicken was edible. Very unhappy with newk's and still hungry! My wife and I both ordered a drink. Cashier didn't ring up our drinks. When we asked for our cups, she said we didn't order... drinks. We told her that we had both ordered a drink, so she ran up two drinks and we paid again. The food seems to have gottensmaller and more expensive. We used to love this place, but between bad service and declining value, we may not be going back. Read more
