I normally love this location as I drive the 20 minutes across town to get to it. Yesterday I received raw chicken and a pocket... of flour in the dough around it. And was told since the manager wasn't there, they couldn't do anything about it. Didn't evenapologize. When ever I call, the manager isn't there. Read more
J.R. is wonderful and deserves a raise. The fact that he works as much as he does and still is super kind and helpful. They are... severely understaffed, but we got our food quickly and it was good. The people in the kitchen were nice too! The lobby was alittle messy (but cut them some slack please). They can't actively cook food for everyone coming in and also clean up whenthey're backed up all the time by the incredible amount of people that come here! Good prices, good food, and good people! Worst service. They couldn?t care any less about the customers. They were out of a lot of stuff, leaving a line to wait. I had... already paid and they left me waiting saying my order wasn?t ready? When I said that it was he said I was waiting on a chickento get done, but I didn?t order that chicken so it was waiting for no reason. All of the employees in there were cutting up inthe kitchen on their phones messing around leaving the customers waiting at the line. Then they were out of ice and half oftheir sodas were out? Won?t be back. I would advise taking service to Ginger Thai Bistro right behind them. Much better customerservice and food. Just a mediocre Chinese food place. The sliced teriyaki chicken didn't have much flavor other than being burnt, the Black Pepper... Angus Steak tasted okay, but some pieces were tough and chewy.
