The shorter Hispanic male with the earrings consistently has no customer service skills. I use please and thankyou and don?t even get a response. I have been a Braums customer since the old Oklahoma days but this is unacceptable forme. Chick-fil-A is down the street, you can at least send your employees there to learn how customer service should bedone. Not going back there for a long while. Read more
