We went for breakfast early. My grandson ate they played happily in the play area while I read and waited. One of the servers... came out and offered to refill my lemonade. She was very thoughtful and kind. Read more
Edited review* Initially I had to speak up about a disrespectful employee when we dined in a few months back, again it could... have been because they were very busy. However, I decided to dine in at this location again, we actually saw the same employee,she was much more pleasant and respectful. I had never met a slow chick fil a until I met this one. First trip through the drive thru I thought it was a fluke, now on my... third and it's the same thing. Drive thru line has been incredibly slow and two of the times I also had to pull to the side andwait additional time. Drinks had almost no ice and fries were hard and cold. Everyone knows how amazing Chick-fil-A?s customer service is, but they never seize to amaze me. I?ve never written a review .... But today I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up, and they didn?t have it. The manager came up and asked my nameand told me that there was no order under that name. He asked me which location I ordered it at and when I looked it was in factthe Wylie location. He said ? don?t worry about it we?ll take care of it?. Just left Chick-fil-A and got home to these. Almost burnt and super dry and some that looked undercooked. No, I did not eat any,... as one looks like it was bitten. I called and I?d have to go back right now during traffic to get a replacement so I guess Ihave to return later. Hungry now though. Defeats the purpose. Only reason two stars instead of one is because staff is pleasant.I would not have posted anything this time but last time I went, I ordered ice and my bag was filled 2/3 of the fill line.
