Ordered via the app and food was hot and ready when I arrived. Much appreciated.
I pulled up to the drive thru on June 20th at around 2:30 pm, and asked first, if they accept apple pay. "Yes" they says. I... ordered my food, tacos and a grape soda. I then pull up, pay with my phone and the drive thru worker, hispanic with glasses,tatoo on the arm, zero personality, says it didnt go thru. I said impossible and show him the balance on my phone and he saysoh, we dont take apple. I said, you just said you did. He just stared at me. Luckily, I have enough loose change to pay for thetacos but not enough for the grape soda with no ice that he already poured. So he minuses the soda off of my meal. HAHAHAHA. Isaid are you going to pour that out instead of just crediting it to me and I can pay extra next time. This location in Murphy TX is handicapped due to the one and only entrance. When I do go there I have to think about it, if the... drive thru is busy there is no room to pull into this location. I know this location is a franchise, so I prefer to support asmall business. Jack in the Box should assist this location by adding an entrance behind the building, the reason I say this.This location is located in a multi unit pad that has this ability.
