Had the Pulled chicken plate with green beans and Mac and cheese, everything was absolutely amazing especially the green beans... they were perfectly seasoned.Pulled chicken is always gold to me but theirs was seasoned well and tender, not dry at all withthat really good BBQ sauce on it. Decided to stop by and try out Pat's BBQ. We went though the drive thur as we had our pup with us. It was right at lunch time... and they were busy. However, they were quick and the line move along nicely. We ordered the pulled pork sandwiches and Supremenachos. Wow! The Supreme nachos were delicious and loaded up not like other joints that are skimpy with their toppings. The bbqpork sandwiches were moist and full of flavor. BBQ didnt have any flavor, didnt look or taste fresh, will not eat here again , was really hoping for great BBQ but sincerely... disappointed. Read more
We ordered 3 meals tonight. Wings, rib tips and BBQ pork steak sandwich dinners. The wing plate had only one side (missing the... Mac and cheese). All 3 of the meats were so dry and tough we could barely chew it, but the worst thing was long hair embedded in1 piece of each of the meats. All 3 dinners. Like it was cooked on it. Absolutely delicious! Love the nachos with brisket. The smell of the food is intoxicating. I have yet to make it on a Friday to... try out the brisket tacos, but they are on my list. They have great sandwiches and sides as well. The brisket is tender,flavorful, and just pulls apart so easily. If you are local, or visiting wine country, you NEED to try Pat's.
