The atmosphere was positive. When they seated me the table was not bussed properly and they needed to redo it. The burgers are... not the same quality they were before the 2020 pandemic so I'm not sure how well they are doing financially. They seemed heavilyunderstaffed. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and stressed, she kept forgetting my tables needs. The wait times for everythingwere very long. The food still tasted good. Love the fry sauce. Read more
Good sandwiches and burgers. I have never been disappointed. Plus you get bottomless fries. It is hard to find better fries. Of... course they have other options if you do not want fries. The Manager on duty was aliyah, Host linda and our was server Ana. Linda greeted us with a smile ask us how many and showed us... to our table. Our server did not talk to us for 15 to 20 minutes. Before I went to the host stand and asked do we have a server?My son was hungry he is 18 months old and is not the easiest to have wait. I ordered the fish and chips. One of the pieces offish tasted off and I didn't feel well later like stomach upset stuff. My glasses set empty for awhile before the serverreturned to ask if i wanted a refill. The manager was running all the food to the tables, I think is good. But isn't the job ofa server to serve you food? I understand her helping ever once in a while but honestly she should be ask tables how there vistsare going. I was a server and refuse to tip anyone over 10% who doesn't deliver my food. Read more
The food was great as usual. The rating is 3 stars because our server, Jasmine, provided poor service. She was not polite or... friendly and didn't bring out my fries until she brought out the rest of the food, usually they bring out your fries before yourmeal. There was another server there who was kind enough to assist us when our server had disappeared for about 10 minutes.Definitely still one of my favorites for food, but the customer service makes a big impact and it's the only time where we hadto get our own boxes to take over any leftovers instead of having the server ask first then bring them because she was too busyvacuuming right behind our booth.
