*** Grease at the bottom, and the churros only had flavor/filling on the top 1/4. *** I’m sadly disappointed because I’ve... heard great things about these churros. It took a minute to place the order and get them, but that doesn’t bother me when thechurros come out hot. But they’re rather expensive if you don’t get filling through the whole churro. When I got them I wasso excited. The top looks great. Plentiful filling… but the disappointment came below. Great options -> Nutella, Dulce deLeche and raspberry was what I decided on. Tried these on 10/08 at the Witch Fest at Gardner Village. Not impressed with the churros. They were not cooked all the way... through and they definitely were not stuffed. The filling was just in the first bite. No cinnamon and sugar on them. The pumpkincheesecake filling was tasty. Read more
Had the worst experience. We got churros that were completely falling apart and they weren’t even able to fill them because... they were just crumbing so I am unsure why they would even sell them. I contacted their insta about the issue and they took daysof back and fourth and no resolution. Then after coming up with some resolution they completely stopped replying. I wish I could effectively rate their churros however I wasn't even able to try them. I tried to place a catering order by... filling out their online request form. Typically a weeks time is plenty to organize a simple drop off. I sent the request on10/6 for an event that was happening on 10/13. By 10/10 I still hadn't heard from them so I reached out via their guest portalwhich is what the automated email asks you to do. Finally someone called me we discussed the order and what I need. They told meit shouldn't be a problem but that they'd get back to me later that day to confirm. Complete silence... until the day of myevent in which I received and email stating that they would not be able to cater my event! Thankfully I anticipated this and hadalready planned a back up but over all this was the worst communication I've had with a company and I cater meals daily. Read more
