We sure enjoyed our dinner of the Oyster roast. We were the dinner last to leave , 2 were sitting at the bar
Overall, grilled shrimp scallops and flounder were tasteless and dry. Few small bones in flounder. No herbs or melted butter on... seafood. Hushpuppies, coleslaw, and cocktails good. Taste of food has changed. Oysters were not available which is one dish wewould have preferred. Baked potatoes were not available. Quality not like I remember. Probably won't go back for awhile.Whoever is cooking in kitchen...please add lil salt pepper herbs melted butter so seafood won't be dry and tasteless. Filet fishmore carefully. Thank you! Read more
They try very hard amid staff shortages and supply chain problems and, overall, do a good job here. We expected a 90 minute wait... but were seated within 15 minutes. Nothing outstanding about the building, just a big room with banquet sized tables. Seemsperfect for large groups/families. We were 14, 8 adults 4 teens and two youngsters. Our choices for dinner were limited as isthe menu. Two of us ordered baked potatoes which they "ran out of". How can you run out of baked potatoes? Supply chainissue? This place is well worth the drive from North Myrtle! Beautiful view of Murrells Inlet. Food was fresh and delicious! My guys... loved the steam pot! I tried the clams from that dish and they were the perfect briney sweetness. My shrimp basket wasexcellent! They were Lightly dusted before frying which was a welcome change from the heavy battering that so many of therestaurants in the MB area have. Entertainment was appropriate for the space and quite enjoyable. Try the High Tide cocktail!Overall, superb! Read more

Arrived as they were opening and were able to get a great table in the bar area looking out over the water but where we could... also see TVs to watch Saturday football games. Ordered a double bucket of oysters and fried okra. Hush puppies were alsobrought to the table. Drawn butter, cocktail sauce, and horseradish were served with the oysters. They were delicious. Theserver who was also the bartender made great suggestions for a couple of alcoholic beverages which were thoroughly enjoyed. This is a special place. Read more
