The worst experience I had today with this place, first there was a new employee that was not getting any help with orders, she... took a while preparing my ice cream that was something simple I had ordered by the time me and my boyfriend got our cups of icecream they completely melted! It was super watery to the point where we could not enjoy our ice cream. We walk back insidetelling one of the employees that the ice cream was melted and we wanted new ones made but she insisted that there ice creamfreezer machines where not working. Like why don?t you let your customers know before they order. It?s a waste of our time andmoney. I am very disappointed and upset! Read more
