Food is great - Hence the 2 stars. Customer Service is terrible. Environment was a disaster. This place was SO messy it looked... like a whole football team came in a destroyed the place and I was the only customer in the store. Not sure how the cashier wasonly at the register on her phone. Food was great, it was the customer service that destroyed my appetite, truly a sad day, me and my friend came here to eat on... this beautiful sunday, so excited to eat, haven?t eaten since yesterday. We walk in, super excited, boom, vanessa, the frontcashier does not greet us, but greets us with a frown on her face , no enthusiasm, nothing, already kinda iffy about eating. Weget our food, first of all, given to us with attitude that they might as well throw it at us. mmmmm so good, and more customerswalk in, me, the observant person that i am observes a man ask for his order, only to lash with attitude ?Sir, i?m on the phoneright now, give me a second?. We have been to this location a few times in the past and never had problems, however this time around we ordered through... grubhub. I ordered a chicken and a beef bowl with extra special sauce and extra hot sauce. Delivery was prompt. When we openedthe bag the bottom bowl was full of special sauce that had opened and spilled in the bottom of the bag so we had a bit of stickycleaning to do. Also we didn't get a beef bowl but we got 2 chicken bowls and only one hot sauce. This was my husband's and hedoesn't like the special sauce and he uses a lot of the hot sauce and he isn't a big chicken eater so he was not happy that hiswas chicken and not beef.
