This place is always messing up orders or getting their customers sick. Every other time I have purchase food from this... particular BK, they have given my family food poisoning. The place is closed for two weeks due to a covid case. Don't ever gohere, they don't try hard enough. Read more

The restaurant was clean, mostly empty as we are all still getting used to the idea we can return to normal dine in mode. 7/3 went to Burger King and was planning on going through the drive thru. There was one car before me and none before that... vehicle. As we sat there I notice that it was taking a long time to take the first order. As I tried to be still and not get madI noticed that the vehicle before me turned their vehicle off. At that point I called Burger King? the person answered couldn?thear me, she hung up? so I called right back. This time she could hear I asked her if someone was going to start taking ordersin the drive thru? She repeated what I said had a slight pause as if she was looking at something and said oh the drive thrusomeone will be right on it. After sitting in the drive thru for about 10-15 minutes before the first vehicle order was taken,the line went pretty fast. When I got in line it was just me and the other vehicle by the time our orders were taken a line hadformed. When I pulled up to the first window to pay? I asked the young man what was going on why were we just sitting there. Hisresponse was ?they were up there playing? basically fooling around while we?re sitting waiting to order our food. Burger Kingneed to give out gas cards. Especially to the first vehicle that decided to save their gas by turning their vehicle off. I absolutely love this new BK on Apple Ave! I love the managers, I live the staff and the food is perfect. Great job BK!! I... took my son(he's 4yrs old) here for lunch after school. He was grumpy from something that happened at school. When we got tothe window to get our food. An employee opens the window to give us our drinks. My son waves and says "hi". Usually people atmost fast food places ignore him. Which irritates me but it's whatever. Anyways, your employee who was a manager or a supervisordid not ignore him. In fact you made my son happy and put a smile on his face that whole day. You asked him how he was andliatened to his response. Then gave him a Burger King crown. Then you resized it for him because it didn't fit his head. Youwere soooo nice and I can't thank you enough for putting a smile on his face.
