I placed a order online for delivery.. Was quoted at a 27 minute wait time. After almost 40 minutes I checked the tracker app... and it said my pizzas had left store 20 minutes ago and my ETA was 5 min... Than it changed on teacker app to 7 min than 11min.. At this point that means my food had been sitting in car for over a half hour and still wasn't here. I called store tofind out what issue was and the manager on duty informed me delivery driver locked his keys in his car. I said well what aboutmy pizzas because now they've been sitting for forever long, he raised his voice to me and told me "it's not my fault the driverlocked his keys". I told him well it's not mine either but that don't mean I want to pay for a old pizza and he just insistedthere was nothing he could do. At that point I told him go ahead and cancel my order as we've been waiting and I don't wantstale pizza. He hung up on me. Never offered to make it right just made excuses and expected me to not ONLY take the old pizzawhenever the driver could get here but also pay full menu price plus delivery charge ????. Placed an order at 630 pm received it at 8pm, I live 4 mins away, my pizzas were cold. The cheese was hard because it obviously... was sitting for a while, I had to reheat the pizza to even make it edible, I called in and the manager was rude, he cut me offand wouldn?t allow me to talk.
