Chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and biscuits were good. Got 12 piece meal, $39.20 with tax. Got home and didn't get Coleslaw... we paid for. Called them and woman said "I don't know why she keeps doing that." She then asked if I wanted to come back for it.I told her we live 10 miles away and she said we could get it when we were in area.She then asked for my name and when I gaveher my first name she said ok. I'm usually not a harsh critic, but... The chicken pieces were tiny. Must have been harvested at a month old. The predominant... seasoning in all the food is salt. The place is going backwards, as they switched from eco friendly cardboard to styrofoamcontainers. Drive up only service. What a waste of fuel. They could open the counter for take away service. I asked the windowattendant if butter and honey were in the bag, as per the sign on the window saying you have to request them, she said yes. Itwasn't. I'm kicking it down the road. Chicken Coop is exactly 1 mile east. Update: I appreciate the prompt reply. Therestaurant business has always been tough. Short term profit, vis a vis Styrofoam, over long term environmental concerns is arecipe for disaster. The north side location puts in honey and butter without having to ask. I asked, and still didn't get it.You never addressed the pigeon sized pieces. You buy chicken by the pound, and sell by the piece. The smaller the pieces, themore pieces per pound, the greater your profits. Lee's has pinched too many pennies to be considered a good value. I can buy awhole roasted chicken across the street at GFS for $5 (sides extra, but huge). Read more
