The only reason it?s getting one star is because I had to pick one. Extremely disgusted with the way myself, my sister and... brother in law were treated today. They f?d up our sandwiches. Both workers were very rude and unprofessional. We told themseveral times about my brother in law?s allergies and they still continued to contaminate his sub. Even something as simple assalt and pepper are not allowed? Really! and the new policy is beyond ridiculous. I will NEVER go to a subway again. We walkedout without our food. And we will NOT be going back to this subway or any other one again! Absolutely beyond disappointed. Andthe place was dirty the veggies they were serving were bad. The lettuce was brown and rotten. All the rest looked as if it hadbeen left out for days. The staff were rude and argumentative when we just asked about the things we wanted. And we?recompletely ignored. Went there Sunday at 12:20pm. The employee took 5 minutes just to come from the back to greet us, he came out and said "just so... you know it's going to be awhile I have to put away all this bread" and we said "that's fine we can wait" then he responded"well I also have to put away stock in the back" clearly trying to get us to leave Read more
Went through the service and the things were all wrong. I should of known the way they rushed me out of line.

I walked in tonight 12/3/22 and the girl greeted me very pleasantly and explained she was the only one working tonight and she... had 8 orders ahead of me. She said it would be like 20 minutes, so I waited. In those 20 minutes she went back and forthbetween pick up orders, drive thru, and counter. Her smile never left her face. What a great worker and multitasker!!!! I useda gift card and didn't get a receipt. I would have like to know her name so I could call her manager and tell of the greatservice and hard work I experienced tonight. Also, our 2 steak sandwiches were delicious. Read more
