The worst place to go in North Muskegon, especially if you want to add something to your burger!!! Not just this time but... numerous amounts of times for us. Not to mention the rudeness of everyone who works the drive thru window. Hopefully somebodyelse has a pleasant experience. Read more
I hate that I have to put a star when you guys need to have 0 star review I was understanding that the line was slow since... workplaces are understaff but the staff was rude and was trying to rush people to leave the line so their times would be fine (Ihave work at wendys before I know how you guys run) I'm upset because I couldn't get a receipt to know my order number but Iknow what I have gotten I had got a number 3 small and a biggie bag with our drinks with no ice when I finally got to the secondwindow to get the food this gentleman Said I have to pull forward for fresh food so I did and waited for 10 mins when I finallygotten the bag all of my food was cold and disgusting so really I didn't have to pull forward then one frie was fully pack withfries and the other was barely half full and when I had to go inside to get sauce and straws since they didn't give me any thestaff seemed annoyed that another customer had walk in this isn't a great staff that I wanted to be served again or rethink onhow to train them again because I just wasted money on where I could've spent it somewhere else to food Read more
