I wish there was a 0 rating ! We ordered delivery a salad and a sandwich. When we received the order there was no fork no... napkins and no dressing ( I ordered 2 ) I ordered no egg I got egg. Stay away if your expect your order to be correct! Read more
We tried to eat there this morning; received drinks and a menu fairly promptly, then were ignored for the next 30 minutes! I... asked the waitress once after about 10 minutes if she could take our order and she said "yes ma'am " & walked away. Came in and sat down at a dirty table. (All of the empty tables were dirty and not cleaned off) Sat there for about 15 minutes... without being greeted by a staff member. We were getting looked at by the staff but nobody would come over. They finally cleaneda table off so we switched tables. We were finally greeted and given drinks and then we sat there for another 30 minutes withoutgetting our order taken. We ended up leaving. There was no wait when we arrived, but shortly after there was a line to get a table the entire time we were there. So it was... busy. Unfortunately there was only 2 waitresses that were busting their butts trying to wait on all the tables so service was alittle slow, no fault of their own. Food was very good. Our drinks had to be served in to go cups because dish washing couldn'tkeep up. We needed a knife and it had to be washed before we could get it. But again short staffed just like everyone else. Ordered online because I?m getting over COVID. It said ?if you want us to bring out to you, call us.? And there was a curbside... button. I arrived 5 minutes early and called per the instructions. The girl I spoke with was rude and didn?t understand if Iwanted to make an online order (over the phone?) or pick up one. I gave her my name and she said they would bring it out. 10minutes later, nothing. So I called back. Someone else (thank goodness) picked up. I repeated the above. Hope let me know theydon?t do that anymore for safety reasons. I understand that but had the website not said it would, I wouldn?t have orderedthere. I asked Hope if she would make an exception since I was sick. Her manager approved her to leave it on the curb for me andI could get it the rest of the way. The food that had now sat there for a bit, was mildly warm, and not great. The two starsare for Hope who went out of her way to find a solution. The misinformation, the first rude worker who let the order sit, theexperience, and the food that wasn?t that great is the reason for the low score.
