Very Tasty, nice friendly service, good coffee, I usually buy a dozen bagels to take home.
Bagels do not appear to be made on site. Definitely not same quality of other bagel shops in the area. I had just a plain bagel... and it was very chewy and sweet to the taste. I didn't/ couldn't finish it. Service was quick and friendly. May try a differentsandwich or wrap but will NOT do a bagel. Read more

Horrible Horrible Customer Service...Called today on Monday (11/28/22), several times for over an hour before they supposedly... closed, and the phone just rang and rang with no answer...Googled the store hours which said they were open so i drove all theway over there and saw they were indeed open! Walked thru the door just to be met with an attitude from the young girl workingthe counter! She stated sorry we close in 15 minutes! I was little dumbfounded because if they were closing in 15 minutes itmeant that they were still open right? I asked politely if they had any more bagels and she repeated herself with a smirk thatthey closed in 15 minutes! I explained that although I understood that I had also called for over an hour with no answer! Shesmirked again and said sorry! I said don't worry about it and walked out! As I was walking out she made some unnecessarycomment under her breath! I didn't have time for her BS so I just kept on walking! She was obviously more worried aboutgetting out of there then serving the public...And her ridiculous attitude proved it! We will be taking our business elsewherefrom here on out where it's actually appreciated and not looked upon as a burden!!! Don't waste your time here unless you lovebad customer service! Read more
