I went there a day ago and it was two young guys and a female . While they were talking to their customer friends , the whole... time !!!! she was the only one doing the orders. She seemed nervous & exhausted & got me the wrong order . I told the guy theorder was wrong and he instantly started being rude . Horrible!!! I ordered a Pimento cheeseburger after the guy by the grill noticed I was there to order. Took him a few because his... head was down looking at his phone. Fries were excellent! I watched him throw a precooked burger on the grill. Not what I amused to when going to one of their locations, never been to a mall location. Usually cooked to order. I understand it is a malllocation so I will overlook that. The 2 pieces of bacon looked disgusting, see picture. I took a couple of bites and burgerseemed ok until I had a bite of cheese. Sour and disgusting and wasn?t even yellow, it was mainly white. Tried scraping it offbut just gave up. The worst part of this the manager, maybe acting Mgr is the one that prepared it. Finally tried it today. Had a Carolina Classic so I tried it with some fries and tots. Service was alright. Burger was good but... to say they skimped on the chili and slaw was an understatement, not far from being a regular cheeseburger, in fact. Tots weregood but the fries needed to be cooked more. Definitely recommend tots over fries. Would order again if it was topped more likeit should be. Read more
