By the name of the restaurant, you are lead to believe Kaminsky's is a TRUE NY deli. After visiting the restaurant for the... first time, nothing could be further from the truth. Kaminsky's is nothing like 2nd Avenue Deli, Katz's or Sarge's and others. Kaminsky's does not cook their own Pastrami or Corned Beef, rather they use prepackaged Boar's Head meats. I passed on thesandwiches and opted for breakfast. The service was good and friendly. The deli sandwiches were generous and if you arelooking for a quality Boar's Head deli sandwich, you are in the right place. If you are seeking an equivalent to a NY deli,pass. Read more
