Our experience was great! The employee who helped us, James (I think that is his name), was super friendly. He also had to... handle a rush of 15+ people all by himself but he was still smiling. Great customer service! Read more
Ice cream is delicious and they have awesome staff! Thanks to one of their wonderful staff picking up my debit card off of my... table as I left (forgetting it) I was able to get it back! We had a great time grabbing a quick dessert here. All of the 6 flavors my family tried were good. The fresh waffle cones are... well worth the extra $1. The service was fast and friendly. The Freak Shakes are a lot like the Crazy Mason but you won't haveto wait an hour for one! Read more
Delicious! Many Mayfield ice cream flavors. We got a freak shake for my daughter's 13th birthday! It was as fun to look at as... it was for her to eat! I got 2 scoops & loved the espresso chip. My hubby got a shake with chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup,& Oreo pieces! Yum! It was clean and cool inside with about 4 or 5 tables. They have lots of other snacks too! Read more

One star because the ice creams had zero flavor. I had 1-scoop of blueberry crumble and 1-scoop of pretzel. Even the blueberry... only tasted like cream. It wasn't sweet, blueberry-y, or even vanilla-y. My wife had 1-scoop of pretzel and 1-scoop of caramel.Zero flavor. On a positive note they DO sell cold cream and service was fast (but without smiles). I suggest finding anotherplace for ice cream with flavor. Read more
