Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich PLAIN, fries, and a small coke. I received a grilled chicken sandwich with EVERYTHING on... it, fries and Dr Pepper. Time to fire some people they were not busy. Also 2nd time no receipt. Read more

After sitting in line for quite a while, line was around building, we get to the order speaker. I then learn it is cash only. ... When I told the worker that it would have been nice to have had a sign at the beginning of the line it was cash only, I was toldthey didn't have time to put a sign out. He reconfirmed I didn't have the cash so no order. And there really isn't a pull-aroundlane. I will not be returning to this Wendy's. Read more

I do not know what happened to this Wendy?s but it is not what it used to be. We used to go all the time but have not gone since... the pandemic. This place used to be very busy, but not lately; we only see a car or two when we drive by. We decided to give ita try yesterday. Oh boy! What a disappointment. The poor guy at the counter was the only host and he looked tired. The guypreparing the food was wearing a coverall that was dirty. The eating area was dirty and smelled so bad that we could not stickaround to eat our food. About the food: we ordered cheeseburgers and fries. The rolls were not fresh. They fell apart at thetouch. The mayonnaise had a sour taste. The whole sandwich had been put together in a messy way. The cheese was not melted. TheFrench fries looked and tasted like they had been sitting there all day.
