Service was not good. Had to wait a very long time for our food. Everyone was really nice just on slow motion. Our waiter could... not get our order right. The restrooms where very nasty as well. Read more
I visited my first Jalapeño Tree today on the recommendation of a friend. The chips, salsa, and green sauce were excellent. I... tried enchiladas with the tequila cream sauce and it did not disappoint. Our server/bartender was extremely attentive andnice. My one recommendation is to please update/deep clean the bathrooms. The bathroom does not look clean at all. Some of thatis because of the age of flooring and paint, but it also just didn't look clean. The floor had been mopped and then left wet soevery customer in and out left dirtier and dirtier foot prints. The corners of the room are just filthy. I know you'reshort-staffed and I sympathize, but this is a deal breaker for many people. I want to see you thrive, not just survive. Read more
The complementary sauces we?re good kept me busy while I waited for my food. I appreciate each person getting your own hot sauce... dish. I had the beef fajitas for one and they were great. The fajita dipping sauce was off the chain bursting with flavor and alittle heat. I ended up dipping every bite of my fajita taco in the sauce.
