The food was dry, the buns crumbly. Service is never friendly any more. They used to be friendly but lately they're gruff and... rush you, and this is over the last year, not just 1 visit. I only ever use the drive through. Read more
Horrible I've been there multiple times and every single time I have a problem with my order they forget something or they don't... have it and my burgers are always COLD! I LIVED NOT EVEN 2 MINS AWAY!! but they will forever have great gravy??????? Read more
This is the only fast food restaurant I know of that turns customers away because they are doing a ?shift change?. They... apparently do these shift changes a lot. I have been told I?d have to wait several times. Plus, when they do decide to servecustomers, the wait time to get your food is way too long. Read more
Slowest Whataburger in the whole network! 25 minutes for a double w/cheese and med fries! This isn?t necessarily corporate?s... fault but if four people can?t handle the strain, perhaps maybe self-serve kiosks for ordering? That would free up one more forfood prep anyway. Read more
