We got thanked for coming to McDonald's. Service was very slow. At least the order was correct.
Most of the workers are awkward and un courteous for some reason. In the south, it?s very noticeable when you say thanks to... someone and then they just are silent.I don?t get any ?thanks come again?. And if they make a mistake there?s no ?I apologize orI?m sorry?. Every now and then They will have someone courteous but most times i feel they hate to interact with people. I?mguessing most of them hate their jobs and don?t want to put in any effort on customer appreciation? Jerry Js and Dairy Queenworkers are much nicer, so I don?t know the issues with BK. Also if they ask you to pull up they will likely forget to putsauces in the bags, so my advice is to say ?no thanks? when they ask you to pull forward and wait. Otherwise you have to swingback around and wait, or walk in for some ketchup. The key takeaway is they need better management or the owner of the franchiseshould actually put in some effort to make sure the workers are actually friendly and getting orders right. Read more
Price not to bad, service was prompt and accurate. The food quality could've been better, but I'd rather have that then the 30... min wait and attitude at the arch if you know what I mean. Read more
This BK needs major help! I counted eight employees. One of them being waited on, and one customer waiting for his order. My... son and I were standing there waiting to place our order but were never acknowledged. The customer finally received his foodand left. The employee was turned to the ordering employee and started a conversation with him. I believe it was then that themanager came to the register with change money. When I finally asked were we going to be waited on. She spoke and said " justso you know we're out of drink after drink after drink. Then she turned around and left. Our order was placed and we left. Ifyou can get passed the worst service of any Burger King you've ever been to. Or the long wait or cold food, then stop by, butdon't expect a welcome or even we'll be with you in a moment .
