Everybody loves coupons so usually when you get your coupons in the mail you're obviously going to use them because it makes you... excited and you're hungry. so to my surprise I go to use my coupons and not only will they not let me use it because I clickedon the special that they were advertising but they won't let me apply the coupon for that special. And then they don't evenbring you everything that you ordered. I asked for the Hog Heaven special which gives you the pizza cheesy bread and a 2 L andthen I ordered some s'mores bars on the side they only bring me my pizza and the s'mores bars. I go to call and ask for my 2 Land cheesy bread and they tell me they have no drivers to bring it out to me even though the driver assured me that they wouldhave drivers to bring it out to me since he forgot himself. This is a place for pick up only I ordered a family size pizza on a Tuesday. Every Tuesday is a discounted price. Extra price... discount for military. I ordered early to pick up at a future time When I arrived to pick up my order, the place was packed andmore phone orders were being taken over the phone. I can see why. Feedback so they will fix whatever problems they seem to have, either with staffing or miss management. 2 weeks ago I tried to... call in a order and no one answered the phone. Tonight I attempted to order online through the app they wouldn't even let meselect the store. So I called, they picked up and told me it would be a 3 hour wait time. Are you kidding me, you don't evencook the pizzas. So of course I ordered somewhere else. No reason as to why there was a long wait time, but I will say this. Ifsomeone accepted a large party size order for a customer that would make it so there was a 3 hour wait time, then they shouldhave restrictions. I've ran restaurants, where you cooked the food. And ones where food wasn't cooked, where I was feeding over300 people and they never waited 3 hours for non cooked food EVER!! I just think there is a whole bunch of incompetent kidsworking at this store. I would be understanding if this was a one off but this is now the second time in 2 weeks I couldn'torder my dinner.
