They can?t handle the volume of customers they get I waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order. Only one worker was actually... hustling and carrying the whole team on her back. When I asked about the last drink in my order because I was about to be lateto work the girl told me it was in the queue and continued to make drinks as slowly as possible. I?m very disappointed with theefficiency and lack of customer service. I?d rather drive out of my way to a Starbucks that actually cares and knows whatthey?re doing. Sad to say this used to be my favorite Starbucks. My coffee the last 2 times has been cold and doesn't taste good. Bummer.
