Never write negative reviews but I?m making an exception for today?s experience.For starters, there was only one worker there so... it was obviously going to be slow but dear god the worker there, Jasmine, was so incredibly slow and would stop what she?s doingto say random little comments EVERY TEN SECONDS, it took me 30 minutes to get my sandwich and I was second in line, incrediblyunacceptable.not only was jasmine incredibly slow, but she put things on my sandwich I hadn?t asked for at all, literally gotdone ordering, and she paused. Said ?is that all?? I said yes, and she immediately reached over and douses my sandwich inmayonnaise, ruining the entire thing, I really WISH I was joking about this, I would?ve had her remake it but I wasn?t about tohave her spend another hour remaking it, I had places to be.Terrible speed and terrible service. If they're ever REALLY open it's a surprise! the ONLY employee working there is always on a meal ???? break and the gates are... closed every time I go shopping. Said it would be 30 minutes before she opened it. Sadly the hot food deli @ WM was also downfor repairs at the time. Read more
The customer service I received today was painful. I mean, it actually made my head hurt. The only employee working could not... have shown and worked with less motivation. If he had been any slower, he would have been a statue. I really hate leaving suchnegative reviews, but unfortunately this guy warranted one. I really think he was stoned. Some people can function well whenstoned. Can be very productive. But not in this case. Or maybe that was the problem. Maybe he wasn?t stoned enough ???????????When he finally finished making my one sandwich and I handed him cash to pay he looked at me stumped and asked me ?wha-what?sthis?I?m confused?what?s happening?? I was very upset with the customer service . The person taking my order got it all wrong. I ask to speak with manager but they... told he wasn't there. The resturant was very dirty. The floor hadn't been sweep and there was food on the floor and the drinkstation was very dirty. The tables needed to be wiped down. I have been in the customer service for 32 yrs and I have seenbetter Subways. Your Subway team need more training in customer service and knowing how to make sandwiches. Read more
