Unbelievably terrible service. Should?ve read the reviews. Arrived at 8:45 and was told we?d be sat within 30 min because we had... 7 people and that there was one 10-top in front of us?understandable. Once our party was supposedly up, we asked for an estimateand were told we?d be waiting another 30 and that there were two more tables in front of us. We were then sat at two boothsbeside each other. Waitress got us our drinks quickly, however, came to our table first and asked if we were ready, I said Ineeded a little bit more time but that she could proceed with our other booth and come back to me. She went to our second booth,Then she came back, took my order, gave me a hard time for asking for crispy hash browns and sauce on the side. She brought myfood out last, seemingly intentionally. She took food we weren?t finished with, told a member of our group they shouldn?t need abox for the food they asked for a box for, and was literally speaking to our tables in a completely different tone than a boothright behind us. I have never experienced worse service in my life, no exaggeration. My family went in for breakfast this morning. The server... was very short fused, hurried, rude and unwelcoming. My adult daughter asked her if she would mind starting with someone elsewhen taking her order and the server literally said "I knew you were going to be a problem" - no joke, no smile, deadpan. Thisis the only interaction she had had with my daughter - they spoke no words before this point. My daughter told her that shewasn't trying to be problematic, she just didn't know what she wanted yet. Then when the food came out, she brought out mydaughter's food last and asked "were you worried?" and gave her a snarky look. When she was clearing plates, she cleared a plateand said "you aren't going to need a box for this" and took the half eaten plate of food away. My son told her that he wouldlike a box and she looked back at him and continued on to throw his food away - no box, no leftovers. She simply walked awayfrom the table and ignored the request for a box. The server is older, short hair, not sure what her name is. We will nevergo back and will tell anyone and everyone who will listen. They were short staffed for sure, but this was above and beyond thenormal hurried server stuff. She was downright rude, unwelcoming, and gave terrible service - on purpose it would seem. Theservice industry is tricky now due to staff shortages, wages.......I try my hardest to accept if someone is in a hurry or havinga bad day. This was the absolute worst experience ever. Read more
